This document outlines your customized quote and provides space to complete your service agreement. Please note: Your contract is not considered active until a non-refundable deposit has been received. A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings.

Wedding Photography Package
Base Coverage:
• One Photographer (Add a second photographer for an additional $350)
• Coverage Duration: Choose between 6 or 7 hours of continuous photography coverage.
6 hours – $1,800
7 hours – $2,100
Additional hours (requested day-of) – $300 per hour
What's Included:
• High-Quality Images: 20–30 professionally edited images per hour, thoughtfully curated to tell the story of your day
• Private Online Gallery: A secure, password-protected gallery for viewing, sharing, and downloading your photos
Investment: $1,800 (for 6 hours) plus applicable taxes and travel fees (first 30 miles of travel are complimentary)

• Sneak Peek Gallery: Receive 5–10 highlight images within 48 hours of your wedding—perfect for sharing with loved ones right away
• Custom Highlight Reel: A 1–2 minute video-style slideshow set to music, featuring the best moments from your day—a beautiful and emotional keepsake

Final Invoice & Contract Activation
A final invoice will be provided once all applicable mileage, selected add-ons, state/local taxes, and requested services have been calculated and applied to the initial quote.
Completion of the booking form and payment of the deposit toward the final invoice constitutes acceptance of the terms outlined in this agreement and serves as formal initiation of this contract.
