1. Event Details

2. Services Provided

Photographer agrees to provide wedding photography services as outlined below:

  • One lead photographer (additional photographer available for $350)

  • 20–30 professionally edited images per hour of coverage

  • Private, password-protected online gallery

  • Sneak peek gallery within 48 hours (5–10 images)

  • 1–2 minute highlight reel/slideshow set to music

Final images will be delivered within 4–6 weeks after the event date.

Photographer must be informed in advance if additional setups such as photo booths, backdrop areas, or specialty installations will require additional photography. These additions may incur extra charges based on scope and time required.

3. Investment & Payment

  • Total Package Price: (Provided in quote once client provides all details)

  • Deposit Required: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The deposit may be split into two equal payments upon request. No services will be rendered until the deposit has been paid in full.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due in full prior to the start of photography on the wedding day, including any additional photographer fees.

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, or Cash. Checks and credit cards are not accepted.

  • Travel Fees: First 30 miles of travel are complimentary. Additional mileage or travel time may incur charges.

  • Late Fees: $50 will be added to balances unpaid by the due date.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations result in forfeiture of all monies paid up to that point.

  • Rescheduling is allowed with at least 60 days’ notice, subject to photographer availability.

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event may result in full payment due if the date cannot be rebooked.

5. Usage Rights, Copyright & Model Release

Photographer retains full copyright to all images produced. Client is granted a personal use license to:

  • Print and share images with friends and family

  • Post images on social media (photographer credit requested)

Client may not edit, alter, or apply filters to delivered images without Photographer’s permission. Commercial use is strictly prohibited without written consent.

Unless otherwise requested in writing, the Client grants Photographer the right to use images for promotional and portfolio purposes, including social media, website, and printed materials.

6. Client Experience Priority & Guest Interference

Photographer’s priority is to deliver the best possible service to the Client. While guests may be included in photos as appropriate, the Photographer reserves the right to decline image requests from guests if those requests interfere with the timeline, workflow, or the Client’s vision. Clients are encouraged to inform guests of this policy in advance.

7. Environment, Safety & Professional Boundaries

The Photographer reserves the right to cease services and leave the event without refund if subject to any of the following:

  • Physical or verbal abuse

  • Harassment, intimidation, or unsafe working conditions

  • Disruption that prevents the Photographer from performing duties

Photographer is committed to a respectful and collaborative working environment. Uninvited touching, aggressive behavior, or ongoing disruptions from guests or vendors will not be tolerated.

8. Meals & Breaks

Meal Break Policy: For bookings of 4 hours or more, the client agrees to provide a meal for the photographer. If a meal is provided onsite, the photographer will take a 30-minute break, which is included within the total booked time. If a meal is not provided, the photographer reserves the right to leave the venue for up to one (1) hour to obtain food. This break is also included within the total contracted coverage time.

This clause is a standard industry practice and ensures Photographer is able to perform at their best throughout the full duration of the event.

9. Liability & Waiver of Responsibility

Photographer is not liable for:

  • Acts of God, force majeure, or events beyond control (e.g., weather, natural disasters, transportation issues)

  • Equipment malfunction or image loss due to unforeseen technical failures

  • Damage to or interference with photography caused by guests, vendors, or venue conditions

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Photographer against any and all claims, including personal injury or property damage, arising from or in connection with the event.

If Photographer is unable to perform due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, all efforts will be made to find a qualified replacement. If one is not available, all monies paid (excluding work already completed) will be refunded.

10. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide access to key locations, event schedule, and timeline in advance

  • Designate a point of contact for coordination day-of

  • Ensure Photographer has access to meals for bookings exceeding 4 hours

  • Notify Photographer in advance of special events or setups requiring extra coverage (e.g., photo booths, special entrances, rituals)

11. Exclusive Photographer

Client agrees that TallulahMade LLC will be the sole professional photographer hired for this event. Photographer reserves the right to request that other professional photographers or videographers refrain from interfering with their work or shots.

12. Mediation & Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to this agreement, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through informal discussion. If unresolved, the parties agree to engage in mediation before pursuing legal action.

13. Agreement

This agreement becomes effective upon receipt of the signed contract and non-refundable deposit. Client acknowledges that the deposit is 50% of the total package price, may be split into two equal payments, and is non-refundable. Final payment must be received prior to the start of photography services on the event date, including any additional photographer fees.

Accepted forms of payment include Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, or cash. Checks and credit cards are not accepted.

Client Agreements (Required)

  1. I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of the TallulahMade LLC Wedding Photography Contract. ☐ Agree

  2. I understand that my photography package is based on hourly coverage. I agree to select a fixed number of full hours, and I understand that any partial hours will be rounded up and billed as a full hour. ☐ Agree

  3. If my event exceeds 4 hours, I agree to provide a meal for the photographer and any additional staff. If a meal is not provided, I understand the photographer will take up to one (1) hour offsite for a lunch break. If a meal is provided onsite, the photographer will take a 30-minute break. ☐ Agree

  4. I agree that TallulahMade LLC will be the exclusive professional photographer at my event. I understand that interference from other professional photographers may negatively impact my images. ☐ Agree

  5. I understand that the photographer reserves the right to end coverage without refund in the event of harassment, unsafe conditions, or ongoing interference that prevents them from doing their job. ☐ Agree

  6. I understand that specialty setups such as photo booths, backdrops, or custom installations must be disclosed in advance, and additional coverage may incur extra fees. ☐ Agree

  7. I understand that the final gallery will be delivered within 4–6 weeks of the event date, and that the sneak peek gallery is a complimentary service provided within 48 hours. ☐ Agree

  8. I understand that the deposit is 50% of the total cost of the selected wedding photography package. This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. I also understand that, upon request, the deposit may be split into two equal payments, to be paid over the course of two months. No services will be scheduled or guaranteed until the full deposit amount has been received. Final payment is due on or before the wedding day and must be paid in full before any photography services will begin, including any additional photographer fees. ☐ Agree
