Welcome and thank you for participating in the Summer Solstice Styled Shoot with TallulahMade LLC. This is a TFP (Time for Print) collaboration. In exchange for your time and presence, you will receive 10–20 edited, high-resolution images for personal and portfolio use.

Please carefully read the full agreement and liability waiver below. It outlines your rights, responsibilities, and how your images may be used in editorial publications, promotional content, and creative portfolios (including Bruja Magazine).

To confirm your participation, you must check all required boxes and submit your full legal name as your digital signature.

This release is legally binding. By submitting, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to all terms.

PARTIES This contract (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”) is entered into on the date of submission by: TallulahMade LLC, represented by Tiffany Arriagada, Photographer and _______________________________________, hereinafter referred to as the "Model." 2. PURPOSE The Model agrees to participate in a non-commercial Time for Print (TFP) styled photoshoot themed around the Summer Solstice. In exchange for their time and creative contribution, the Photographer agrees to deliver: 10–20 edited, high-resolution images (JPG, 300 dpi) Images will be delivered within 2-4 weeks via a downloadable online gallery (Pixieset) No monetary compensation will be provided. 3. LOCATION & SESSION SCHEDULE The shoot will take place at: (Location Provided in Responses) Models are expected to arrive on time as scheduled. Models should report directly to the Photographer for an initial solo shot with their offering and then hand their items to Creative Director Dara Dagon to be incorporated into the set. The shoot will include barefoot activity on grassy or natural terrain. Cancellation Policy: One-week notice is requested for any cancellations. Emergency changes should be communicated promptly. 4. CREATIVE TERMS, STYLE & USE OF IMAGES The Photographer retains full copyright and moral rights to all images. The Model grants the Photographer and TallulahMade LLC perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive rights to use their likeness and images for: Portfolio Artistic exhibitions Editorial submissions Social media Publications (print and digital) Promotional materials The Photographer will not sell or transfer publication rights to third parties for commercial use without written consent from the Model. The Model may use the delivered images for self-promotion only, including: Personal website Portfolio Social media Online modeling platforms The Model may not edit, filter, apply presets, heavily crop, or alter the photos in any way that changes the Photographer’s original artistic intent. Watermarks, if present, must remain intact unless explicitly removed by the Photographer. Artistic Style & Editing Acknowledgment The Model acknowledges and agrees that they are collaborating with Tiffany Arriagada of TallulahMade LLC for her distinct artistic style and creative vision. By entering into this agreement, the Model confirms that they have: -Reviewed the Photographer’s portfolio and editing style at www.TallulahMade.com -Viewed prior work and editing expressions and -Understand and accept that all images will reflect the Photographer’s unique aesthetic and branding -The Photographer will not alter her editing style to match another photographer’s work, trends, or aesthetic preferences. ALL EDITING DECISIONS—including color tones, contrast, lighting, skin retouching, and artistic composition—are made solely at the discretion of the Photographer. The delivered images are considered final. RAW IMAGES WILL NOT BE PROVIDED. If the Model wishes to request additional edits beyond the Photographer’s standard workflow, these may be accommodated at the Photographer’s discretion and will be subject to an additional fee of $25.00 per edit or more depending on the complexity of the request. 5. PREMISES CLAUSE The shoot may take place in privately owned outdoor spaces open to the public. In the event a property owner requests image usage for non-commercial promotional purposes, select images may be shared under the same terms of this release. Images will not be sold or redistributed for profit by any third party. 6. OPTIONAL – ARTISTIC NUDITY (If Applicable) This section is only activated if agreed upon beforehand. If partial or artistic nudity is incorporated: It must be explicitly discussed and agreed upon by both Photographer and Model. The Model consents to artistic depiction of their body and understands images may be used in fine art contexts such as galleries, exhibitions, or print editorials. Photographer may not use images in a pornographic, exploitative, or derogatory manner. Model agrees to hold harmless the Photographer from liability associated with the use of such images within the agreed artistic scope. 7. MODEL RESPONSIBILITIES Provide their own wardrobe, makeup, and accessories (unless otherwise arranged) Bring a prepared fruit or symbolic offering to be photographed and added to the styled altar Bring a decorative pillow or blanket to sit on during the scene Follow direction with professionalism and respect for all collaborators Maintain the sacred and creative tone of the session Models are expected to participate barefoot and accept the natural terrain risks 8. LIABILITY WAIVER The Model acknowledges: Participation is voluntary and at their own risk They assume full responsibility for personal safety and belongings The Photographer and creative team are not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, insect bites, or accidents before, during, or after the shoot This includes walking barefoot, sitting on the ground, or handling fruit/props 9. AGE & LEGAL DECLARATION The Model affirms they are at least 18 years of age (AFFIRMATION TAKEN ELECTRONICALLY) The Model has full legal capacity to enter this agreement and is not bound by conflicting agreements with any modeling or talent agency 10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT This Contract constitutes the entire understanding between the Photographer and the Model and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements. It shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Maricopa County in the State of Arizona. I agree not to edit, filter, apply presets, crop, alter, or sell any of the images delivered by the Photographer without her written permission. I understand that I am working with Tiffany Arriagada of TallulahMade LLC because of her distinct artistic vision and signature editing style. I confirm that I have reviewed her portfolio at www.TallulahMade.com and accept that all final images will reflect her established aesthetic. All creative and editing decisions—including color, contrast, lighting, retouching, and composition—are made at the sole discretion of the Photographer. She will not change her style to match another photographer or personal preference. If I wish to request additional edits beyond the final delivery, I understand that these may be considered at the Photographer’s discretion and will incur a fee of at least $25.00 per image depending on the complexity of the request.
