Quote and Contract Execution
This document outlines your customized quote and provides space to complete your service agreement. Please note: Your contract is not considered active until a non-refundable deposit has been received. A 500.00 USD deposit is required to secure all bookings. This proposal and pricing are valid for 60 days. Wedding dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and are secured once the signed contract and retainer have been recieved. Quote expiration date: August 28, 2026

5 Hour Wedding Photography Package
Base Coverage:
One Photographer (Add a second photographer for an additional $350)
Coverage Duration: Choose 5 hours of continuous photography coverage.
• 5 hours of wedding day photography
• Coverage at both of your locations
• 30 guests (attendees)
• A complimentary planning consultation to build your timeline and photography plan
• A private online gallery where you can view, download, share, and order professional prints
• High-resolution edited digital images with personal printing rights
• An engagement session before the wedding so we can get to know each other, create beautiful portraits, and help you both feel comfortable in front of the camera before the big day
The investment for this collection is $1,900.
5-Hour Collection: $1,900 + $176.70 tax = $2,076.70
4 Hour Wedding Photography Package
Base Coverage:
One Photographer (Add a second photographer for an additional $350)

4-Hour Collection: $1,600 + $148.80 tax = $1,748.80 Based on the AZ Priveledge Tax.
Travel
As a courtesy, travel fees have been waived for your wedding, as I will already be in Arizona during your wedding weekend.
This quote is based on wedding day coverage at Mingus Mountain and one additional location within 30 minutes driving time of the primary location. If either location changes or the travel time between locations exceeds 30 minutes, additional travel fees may apply. Any additional travel costs will be discussed and approved before your wedding day.
Engagement Session Travel
Your engagement session is included with this collection and is expected to take place within the Phoenix metropolitan area, including locations such as Surprise, Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, and Chandler.
Travel is included for locations within 40 miles round trip from my location in Surprise, Arizona. Engagement sessions in areas outside this radius, including locations such as Cave Creek, Buckeye, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, or other destinations beyond the included travel area, may incur an additional travel fee. Any applicable travel fees will be discussed and approved prior to scheduling your session.

Contract for Wedding Photography
Final Invoice & Contract Activation
A final invoice will be provided once all applicable mileage, selected add-ons, state/local taxes, and requested services have been calculated and applied to the initial quote.
Completion of the booking form and payment of the deposit toward the final invoice constitutes acceptance of the terms outlined in this agreement and serves as formal initiation of this contract.
