Quote and Contract Execution

This document outlines your customized wedding photography proposal and provides space to complete your service agreement.

Please note that your wedding date is not considered officially reserved until the signed contract and required non-refundable retainer have been received.

A 25% non-refundable retainer of $735.63 is required to secure your photography services with TallulahMade. The remaining photography balance is due 14 days before your wedding date.

This customized proposal and pricing are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Wedding dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and remain available to other couples until both the signed agreement and required retainer have been received.

Contract for Wedding Photography

Final Invoice & Contract Activation

A final invoice will be provided once all applicable mileage, selected add-ons, state/local taxes, and requested services have been calculated and applied to the initial quote.

Completion of the booking form and payment of the deposit toward the final invoice constitutes acceptance of the terms outlined in this agreement and serves as formal initiation of this contract.
