We are here to help!

Below, please find answers to all of your questions, along with a detailed quote for the requested services based on five hours of wedding-day coverage. Should your clients decide they need fewer hours of wedding coverage, the collection can absolutely be adjusted to accommodate their needs. I have also included examples below of my flash and low-light photography in a variety of indoor lighting conditions, from very low light to more moderately lit environments. Some of these photographs were taken with previous equipment, and I have since upgraded both my camera and flash equipment, giving me even greater flexibility when working in challenging lighting situations.

All pricing provided below has been calculated to include the applicable travel fee, sales tax, and standard fees, so there should be no unexpected costs added to the quoted collection. The only items not included in the total are optional add-ons, such as an additional photographer, boudoir, etc, which are clearly listed separately.

Once a contract has been signed, my quoted pricing does not change unless the couple requests an additional service or makes a change to their contracted coverage. My contracts are designed to protect both the client and photographer, clearly establish expectations, and ensure that everyone understands exactly what is being provided from the beginning.

Communication is also extremely important to me. I remain accessible throughout the planning process-I don't book a couple and then disappear until their wedding day. I consider every photography project a collaboration. Getting to know the couple, understanding what matters to them, and maintaining communication throughout the process allows us to work together toward the best and most authentic outcome for their wedding photographs.

In return, I do have the expectation that the couple and/or wedding planner maintain open and timely communication with me throughout the planning process. Changes to timelines, locations, important photo requests, or other details that may affect photography should be communicated as they arise. The more informed we keep one another, the better prepared I can be to photograph the day successfully and ensure that everyone is working toward the same vision.

Please feel free to reach out with any additional questions or concerns. I am happy to answer them and can add any additional information to this page so that you and your clients have everything together in one place for easy reference.

This private proposal page will remain available through August 16, 2026.

Engagement Session — $500

This is an important session because it is usually my first opportunity to work with the couple before their wedding day. It gives us time to develop our flow, learn what feels natural and comfortable for them, and explore what we want to carry into the wedding-day photography. Most importantly, it gives us an opportunity to build rapport and trust, so when the wedding day arrives, we already know how to work together.

1.5 hours of photography

Includes:

  • Approximately 30 professionally edited, high-resolution images

  • Up to 2 outfits/looks

  • One primary location, with the ability to use multiple areas within that location

  • Posing and creative direction throughout the session

  • A mixture of candid, romantic, editorial, and traditional portraits

  • Private online engagement gallery

  • High-resolution digital downloads

  • Personal printing rights

  • Sneak peeks within 72 hours

  • Complete engagement gallery delivered within 1-2 weeks

Travel — $250 Flat Rate

For Jonesboro, AR, I would charge a flat $250 travel fee.

This covers my travel to and from the wedding location and eliminates mileage-based charges for the couple.

If the wedding timeline requires an overnight stay, lodging would be discussed and approved in advance and would be separate from the flat travel fee.

Investment

Wedding coverage: $1,800
Engagement session: $500
Flat travel fee: $250

Subtotal: $2,550
7% sales tax: $178.50
Total Investment: $2,728.50

Booking & Payment

To officially reserve the wedding date and schedule the engagement session, the couple will first receive a contract for review and signature. The contract must be signed before any payment is made.

Once the signed contract is received, the following are due:

  • $500 non-refundable retainer

  • $125 — ½ of the $250 travel fee, also non-refundable

  • Total due at booking: $625

The $500 retainer is applied toward the total investment and also covers the engagement session should the couple's wedding plans change after the engagement session has been completed. The $125 travel payment is also applied toward the total travel fee and covers travel associated with both the engagement session and wedding.

Both the $500 retainer and the initial $125 travel payment are non-refundable.

Once the signed contract and $625 initial payment have been received, the wedding date is officially reserved and we can schedule the couple's engagement session.

Remaining balance after booking: $2,103.50

The remaining balance is divided into two payments:

$1,051.75 — due one week prior to the wedding

$1,051.75 — due on the wedding day, before photography coverage begins

The initial $625 is applied toward the $2,728.50 total investment and is not an additional charge.

Add-Ons

Additional Photographer — $350

An experienced second photographer can be added to the wedding collection for $350.

The second photographer provides additional angles and coverage throughout the 5-hour wedding period, which can be especially helpful for larger weddings, more complicated timelines, getting-ready coverage happening in two locations, or when the couple wants simultaneous perspectives during important moments.

Images photographed by the second photographer are delivered as part of the couple's final wedding gallery and are professionally edited by me to maintain consistency with the TallulahMade style.

Because the number of additional photographs depends heavily on the wedding timeline and how much simultaneous coverage is needed, I would not promise a separate image count from the second photographer. Their photographs contribute to and expand the final wedding gallery.

Additional Wedding Coverage — $300/hour

Additional photography coverage beyond the included five hours may be added for $300 per hour.

Each additional hour typically adds approximately 40+ edited images, depending on the events occurring during that portion of the wedding.

Meals & Photography Team

For weddings with four or more hours of coverage, vendor meals are required for:

  • Lead photographer

  • Photography assistant

  • Second photographer, if one is added

I do not have any food allergies. If a second photographer is booked, I will confirm any dietary restrictions or allergies with that photographer and provide the information to the planner before the wedding.

My assistant does not photograph the wedding. They assist me with equipment, lighting, lens and camera changes, and other technical needs so I can remain focused on photographing the couple and their guests.

My team and I do not take our meal break until the bride and groom are eating, which minimizes the chance of missing important moments.

Our Process

Plan with Purpose

Every wedding is different, so we begin by getting intentional about yours. We’ll talk through your vision, priorities, timeline, family dynamics, must-have photographs, and the moments that matter most to you. This allows me to create a photography plan that supports your day rather than interrupts it.

The goal isn’t to control every moment. It’s to plan thoughtfully enough that we have the freedom to be present when the real moments happen.

Collaborate Openly

Great photographs come from trust and communication. I approach every wedding as a collaboration between the couple, planner, and photographer. Share your ideas, inspiration, concerns, and priorities with me throughout the process. In return, I will communicate openly, offer professional guidance, and make sure we are all working toward the same vision for your wedding day.

Be Present

Once the planning is done, your job is to enjoy your wedding. Trust the process, be present with the people you love, and experience the day as it happens. I’ll provide direction when you need it and step back when you don’t, allowing the genuine moments, emotions, and connections to unfold naturally.

Relive the Story

After the celebration is over, your photographs become the story you get to keep. I carefully edit your gallery to preserve the emotion, atmosphere, and details of your day, creating images that feel authentic to your experience and allow you to return to those moments for years to come.

  • Tiffany with Tallulah photography is amazing to work with! She takes stunning photos and delivers beautiful finals, helps me with making my makeup bolder to suit the theme or read better on camera, and gives excellent posing advice. Not only is she an incredibly professional photographer, she is also a very sweet person and I love talking with her after our sets. Her ideas are so creative and brilliant, and she's able to really personalize her concepts for the person she's working with. I've referred her info to as many people as I can so they can get the same jaw dropping results I have, and I highly recommend her work for any occasion, she will deliver magic!
