Please read the Wedding Photography Agreement in full before completing the form below. Your accepted quote is incorporated into the agreement and outlines the specific services, coverage, deliverables, and pricing included in your collection.Complete the form below.
Once you have reviewed the contract, fill out all required information and submit the form. Your electronic submission and signature confirm that you have read and agree to the terms of the contract.After You Submit the Form
Once you have reviewed the contract, we can discuss any questions or requested amendments before the agreement is finalized.
After the contract has been approved and signed, TallulahMade will send you a completed copy of your booking documents for your records, including:
Your completed form
Your finalized Wedding Photography Agreement
Your accepted Binding Quote
Your electronic signature record
The completed agreement showing both the Client and TallulahMade signatures
4. Final Step: Booking Payment
TallulahMade will send a Stripe payment link for the required booking payment.
Unless otherwise discussed with you directly in advance, Stripe is the only platform TallulahMade will use to send you a payment link.
Your wedding date is officially reserved once the agreement has been completed and the required booking payment has been received.
Important payment notice: Unless otherwise discussed with you directly in advance, TallulahMade will only send payment links through Stripe. If you receive a payment link through any other platform or from an unfamiliar source, please do not submit payment and contact TallulahMade directly to verify it.
Please note: Your wedding date is not officially reserved until your completed agreement has been received and the required booking payment has been successfully paid. Once both are complete, your date is officially secured with TallulahMade.
