Quote and Contract Execution

This document outlines your customized quote and provides space to complete your service agreement. Please note: Your contract is not considered active until a non-refundable deposit has been received. A 25% deposit is required to secure all bookings. This proposal and pricing are valid for 30 days. Wedding dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and are secured once the signed contract and retainer have been recieved.

Quote Validity

This customized wedding photography quote is valid for 30 days from August 22, 2026 and expires on September 21, 2026.

Pricing and date availability are not guaranteed after the expiration date. The wedding date remains available to other clients until the required booking payment and completed agreement have been received.

12-Hour Wedding Photography Collection

Your customized wedding photography collection includes:

  • One lead photographer

  • 12 consecutive hours of wedding-day photography from 1:00 PM to 1:00 AM

  • Coverage throughout the wedding day, including the major events occurring within the contracted photography timeline

  • Approximately 30 professionally edited, high-resolution images per hour of coverage

  • Approximately 360 professionally edited images based on 12 hours of coverage

  • Private, password-protected online gallery

  • High-resolution digital downloads

  • Personal printing rights

  • Complimentary wedding planning consultation and photography timeline assistance

  • Sneak peek gallery of approximately 5–10 images within 48 hours of the wedding

  • 1–2 minute wedding highlight reel/slideshow set to music

  • Final edited wedding gallery delivered within approximately 4–6 weeks

Photography Investment

12 Hours of Wedding Photography: $3,600.00 + applicable taxes

Booking

A 25% non-refundable booking payment of $900.00 is required to reserve October 9, 2027.

The remaining photography balance is $2,700.00, plus any applicable taxes.

The wedding date is not considered reserved until the booking payment has been received and the photography agreement has been completed.

Optional Wedding Videography

You has requested a videography option if it can be accommodated within the wedding budget.

TallulahMade works with wedding videographer JC Estrada, who can provide coordinated video coverage alongside TallulahMade's photography coverage. His work can be found at https://www.instagram.com/captured_by_jcestrada/?hl=en

Videography is priced separately from photography. JC's coverage and travel expenses will be quoted separately based on the amount of video coverage selected for the wedding day.

Contract for Wedding Photography

Final Invoice & Contract Activation

A final invoice will be provided once all applicable mileage, selected add-ons, state/local taxes, and requested services have been calculated and applied to the initial quote.

Completion of the booking form and payment of the deposit toward the final invoice constitutes acceptance of the terms outlined in this agreement and serves as formal initiation of this contract.
